Aleeza Marashlian has been working in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. Pocket money at cafés and cider mills in high school turned into working as a personal chef in her early twenties while waiting tables on the side. Over her career, she has has mastered tableside cherries jubilee, worked at tiny 8-table bistros and exclusive Beverly Hills hotels, broke ground as the first female captain at a very old fashioned restaurant, and served and worked as a cheese master in Michelin-starred fine dining. She has worked at barbrix, the Los Feliz neighborhood stalwart, since it opened.
Aleeza joins the team at All’Acqua with a focus on delving deeper into the operations side of the business. She’s excited to have a greater hand in the feel, ambiance, and guest experience of this great restaurant.
